I'm a little bit late in updating this so apologies for that... touching on what morgy said further back in this thread. I decided that although I didn't initially pay Glenn anything for his course, having since got my first deal I wanted to at least pay him the £500 course fee.
Glenn had turned down my offer of 60% of profit from the start (ie before I got my first deal) and in fairness I didn't take up any of his offers to call while negotiating etc and I honestly felt I would have won my deal with or without the course.
Anyway just before xmas I offered Glenn the £500 and must admit I was a little apprehensive he might ask for a lot more!!!..
BUT he suggested I give it direct to a charity instead (nice one Glenn).
So I did a £500 cheque to SPOCC (Society for Parents Of Children with Cancer) but posted it to Glenn to forward on to them, which he very kindly did and the money has now hit their bank.
It's impossible to satisfy everyone here on SP, I've already said I'm not a great fan of many of these courses, but have to declare in this instance Glenn has excelled himself with his generosity so that's well good enough for my liking.
